OUR NEW CLEARWATER SERVICE PAN

The New Service Plan booklet that will be LAUNCHED AT 2011 AFRICA BIKE WEEK, has been created especially for you to enjoy the many benefits you now have at your disposal - from the Brotherhood/Sisterhood card, to what we offer with regard to servicing your Harley, service record reminders to the coupons that you can redeem at the respective services, and various tips and other tables of info, that you should find extremely useful.               

We have also included a brief summary of H.O.G.® membership and certain programmes that run hand-in-hand with the organisation. At the back of the book you will also see a few of our preferred partners who offer value-added facilities to make our dealership that much more in-touch with our customers needs, from learning to ride, to bike transport, to insuring your dream machine.

SERVICE PLAN & SERVICING OPTIONS

The Service Plan will be valid for 2 years / 32 000km (which ever comes first) from the date of purchase (the start date that appears in the Warranty Certificate). For this Service Plan to be valid, you need to bring this book in when servicing your motorcycle and have it stamped at the relevant intervals. You can also redeem the vouchers/coupons attached to these intervals if you like!

Even if you DON’T make the mileage, your motorcycle still has to be serviced ONCE every 12 months (see your owner’s manual). This Service Plan does NOT INCLUDE wear and tear items like TYRES, BRAKE PADS, CLUTCHES & DRIVE BELTS. It also EXCLUDES the DELIVERY and COLLECTION of motorcycles. This can be arranged, but at an additional cost.
